you can now run your whole team of agents from one telegram group. a thread for each agent, no @mentions, and everyone’s still reachable by direct message.

your agents have been coworkers with an org chart for a while. the part that didn’t scale was talking to them. every agent was its own telegram chat with its own bot. three agents, three DMs. ten agents, ten DMs and a lot of swiping to find the right one.

so we put the whole team in one room.

one group, a thread per agent

make a telegram group, turn on topics, and each agent gets its own thread. you talk to your research agent in the research thread, your ceo agent in the ceo thread. no @mention, no “wait, which chat was that in.” it reads like a company telegram with a channel per person, except the people are your agents.

and you don’t lose the direct line. every agent is still DM-able on its own bot whenever you want a private one-on-one.

the group is hybrid, so it doesn’t matter whether an agent has its own telegram bot:

• the ones that do join as a group admin and show up as themselves, real name and avatar.
• the ones that don’t route through a single shared team bot you add once, and still get their own thread.

you set it up once and the whole team lands in the group, each in its own topic. no minting a separate bot for every agent just to get them in the room.
